We have been producing zippers for 24 years years, and the range of shoe locks is the leading type of locks produced by our company.

For the production of locks for footwear we use materials with increased strength and parameters exceeding the requirements of both the Polish industry standard BN and and German DIN standards. Our locks have a Quality Certificate issued by the Central Laboratory of the Footwear Industry. In our company the laboratory checks the strength and utility parameters of materials before sending them to production, the parameters of semi-finished products and the product ready. In addition, we conduct quality control at every station work, and each lock is additionally checked at the end of the process production.

A separate department for the production of footwear zippers provides production of the LEO slider. This slider is specially designed for use in shoes. Its strength and functional parameters meet the requirements our company standard (several times higher than the requirements of BN i DIN). Thanks to the production of the LEO slider in our own plant, we are able to ensure repeatability of the manufactured sliders as well as entire footwear zippers. In addition to durability, we also place great emphasis on the aesthetics of workmanship, so that the LEO sliders not only have a working function, but are also ornament of footwear.
